Reflecting on the interview process brings back a rush of memories of
applying for PT school. The application process, waiting, interviewing, and
more waiting is such an awful process. After I received the acceptance letter I
thought I had it made. Then I had to start the next process, which goes as
follows: new semester, study, study, study, study, take a bunch of tests and practical
exams, study more, then rinse and repeat.
All in all,
the purpose of this short post is to say... Good Luck as you interview! It
doesn't matter where you go to school! If it is USC or NYU who cares... Nobody!
Apply and go to any physical therapy school that will take you. Because in the
wise words of Dr. Kunal Bhanot "Nobody cares as long as you graduate and
passed the boards." Could not agree more! Just get into a program, put
your head down and work your tail off, graduate, and pass the boards. No one is
going to ask what was your grade in cadaver lab, TherEx, or any other class.
Just do what you gotta do to get into PT school. Get in and get out. Nothing
else matters.

How long after the interview did you get the acceptance notification?
